Even if you purchase fresh herbs from the supermarket, they will never have the aroma and full flavor associated with herbs that are picked just a few moments before you use them. That said, if you do not have much room outdoors, you may find it impossible to have a full scale home herb garden. Choosing the Best Planters

If you are planning on growing different types of herbs in planters, you should find out how tall each one will get, as well as the type of root system they will develop. In general, if a plant is going to have a shallow root system, it will not make much sense to purchase a planter that is tall and narrow. In many cases, herbs are easy to grow and use for practice when getting started with this type of gardening.
